YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active management of 1st and 2nd level support
- Direct contact and consultant for our internal and external clients
- Design and administration of Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
- Planning, setup, and support of customer environments on-site and in our company's data center
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable education
- Good knowledge of
- Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
- Microsoft Windows and common Microsoft Office products
- IP telephony
- Comprehensive knowledge of physical and virtual Windows
