    Job Description

    Project Manager duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Oversee and work closely with the Project Superintendent to bring the project to a successful completion.
    • Develop and maintain the project schedule and short interval schedules. Keep all parties involved as needed. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating own and Subcontractor's workforce.
    • Process and track all submittals
    • Understand and implement subcontract agreements.
    • Manage the Requests for Information, Potential Change Orders, Clarifications, Inspection Requests, etc. as they pertain to the project documents.
    • Work with the Project Superintendent to conduct and implement safety training.
    • Review and do the final submittal of As-Built drawings as part of the Close Out process.
    • Coordinate material and equipment logistics to ensure there are no delays to the project's progress.
    • Maintain effective and professional relationships with Owners, Engineers, Architects, Inspectors, and Subcontractors.
    • Make sure to document in writing meeting minutes when required.
    • Keep updated logs of Submittals, RFIs and Change Orders.
    • Job costs tracking.
    • Creating the Close Out package per the project documents.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • OSHA Certification
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam and other construction management software
    • Ability to read Construction Plans and Specs
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Spanish speaking is helpful, but not required.
    • Construction experience is a plus

    Jobsite hours are usually 7:00 am to 4:00 pm - Monday through Friday.

    Salary is dependent on education and experience.

    Job Type: Full Time

    Pay: $ $40.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week

    Work Location: In person
