PBS Biotech, Inc.

The Project Manager will report to the Director of PBS Program Management and will assist in the development and implementation of the PBS Program Management Governance framework.


RESPONSIBILITIES

_ Primary Responsibilities_

  • Assist in the creation, update, and maintenance of:
  • Monthly Governance Presentation (PPt, Excel)
  • Program Governance Workflows (PPt, MS Word)
  • Portfolio Timelines (PPt, Excel)
  • Portfolio Project List (PPt, Excel)
  • Portfolio Roadmap (PPt, Excel)
  • Master RAID log (PPt, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Assist in active projects as necessary (MS Project, SharePoint)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • The following are the minimum qualifications that an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location._

_ Knowledge/ Experience_

  • 2+ years' experience leading or as a member of active Project Teams
  • PMP Certification is a plus
  • 2+ years' experience leading or supporting cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products and processes.
  • 2+ years' experience working in or with a Project Management Office
  • 2+ years' experience in gathering requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project's key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, listening) skills; team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across multiple disciplines successfully and accurately.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience working with Project Management Offices in the development of project templates, presentations, processes, and tools.
  • Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Word, and project tools such as MS Project.
  • Experience working with Project teams in Lifesciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device Manufacturing a plus.
