About the Company
Position Summary
The Project Manager works within the Growth and Delivery team to constantly improve processes and efficiencies throughout the organization.
This position reports to the Vice President of Growth and Delivery and focuses on mid to large scale automation and streamlining projects to positively impact current and future state of the business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the endtoend project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement solutions to address challenges.
- Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, and external vendors, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive decisionmaking to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with project management and continuous improvement best practices, methodologies, and standards.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Business or related field required. MBA preferred.
- Project management certification (PMP, etc.) highly preferred
- LSS Green or Black Belt certification highly preferred.
- Scrum/Agile certification highly preferred
- Minimum 35 years' experience in managing projects or in a project management role.
- Minimum 35 years' experience in executing continuous improvement projects.
- Independent worker who also works well in a team and is a driver for organizational change.
- Ability to corral busy team members and take initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in translating data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- High adaptability and resilience in fastpaced and evolving business settings.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position which requires in office reporting to Anchor's Thousand Oaks or Newport Beach office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $118,000/year, plus annual discretionary bonus based on performance of the individual and company.
