A Job That Counts: Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the commercial and technical processing of standard orders to complex project orders, starting from order acceptance to order control, and ending with customer acceptance and handover
  • Coordination, management, and control of subcontractors and own technicians in consultation with the service department
  • Overall overview of your orders and responsibility for communication between internal and external interfaces
  • Coordination of additional services during order realization
  • Planning of technical implementation of customer requirements and creation of factory and assembly planning
  • Documentation and responsibility for acceptance and invoicing
  • Handover of orders to the service department after project completion

Experience That Counts: Your Skills

  • Completed training as a state-certified technician or master in electrical engineering / mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Experience and knowledge in order management and basic contract law (standard contract, work contract, German Civil Code, VOB)
  • Good IT skills (SAP, Office)
  • Organizational talent, assertiveness, structured work approach, and good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel, occasionally nationwide
  • Good German language skills in speaking and writing
