Responsibilities As a Customer & Agent-Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the conception, implementation, and optimization of various customer management processes along the customer journey.

You will put yourself in the customer's shoes and also keep an eye on customer service and management processes, including the necessary capacities.

You will act as a liaison and contact person for other departments in the areas of process conception, requirement definition, implementation, and control of processes within the order-to-cash process chain.

With the creation of process documentation and regular training, you ensure a high level of service quality for our internal and external teams.

You will also manage and configure individual system components in our system world and coordinate with our external (IT) service providers.

Your day will be rounded off with the implementation, configuration, and further development of various AI solutions.

You will bring your passion for the topic to the table when training the models, as well as in building system interfaces and coordinating with our partner departments.

Requirements You have a degree in business administration, a master's degree, or a comparable qualification with a focus on UX/UI and/or communication.

You have experience in project work and have a talent for organizing and managing various stakeholders. End-to-end thinking of customer journeys, preferably in the energy sector, is second nature to
