    As an Account Executive at Kaseya, you will:

    • Lead the land and expand growth strategy by prospecting, nurturing, and closing new accounts in your assigned territory.
    • Effectively handle and close leads with accurate reporting.
    • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by delivering value to IT departments through various solutions.
    • Engage in executive-level discussions and demonstrate the value of Kaseya solutions to key stakeholders.
    • Become an expert in Kaseya's solutions and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
    • Collaborate with a team to drive sales, utilizing resources like marketing tools and product specialists.
    • Track opportunities through the sales process, accurately forecast, and participate in account reviews.
    • Provide a professional sales experience during all touchpoints, including meetings, follow-ups, and issue resolutions.
    • Participate in sales campaigns to generate new prospects.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year in a sales-oriented role.
    • Experience in prospecting and cold calling.
    • High energy, driven, and passionate about sales and customer success.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
    • Accountable and goal-oriented, focusing on Metrics and KPIs.
    • Coachable, competitive, and motivated to excel.
    • Strong team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM applications like Salesforce.
