    GG Homes is looking for a Sales Account Executive with a drive to win in a changing industry.

    ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll be responsible for:

    • Negotiating and closing purchase contracts with homeowners
    • Developing and executing strategic sales plans
    • Building and managing a growing pipeline through outbound prospecting
    • Analyzing investment opportunities for viability
    • Leading and mentoring a team of high-performing individuals

    Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectationsQualificationsQualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
    • Comfortability on the phone connecting with sellers
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Creative and innovative thinking
    Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlinesBonus Points:

    • Experience in the real estate industry
    • Experience with CRM software
    • Experience with lead generation and prospecting
    • Experience with closing deals

    Compensation:

    • Accelerated Compensation Structure - $1,400,000+ annual income has been obtained (No fluff, actual earnings)
    • Base Salary Draw of $60,000 and Fantastic Commissions
    • Management Compensation available via promotion
