    Description

    Inbound Account Executive

    $55K-$60K base OTE $120K-$135K/uncapped

    Hybrid – WFH Monday and Friday, in office Tuesday – Thursday

    Benefits: Paid for lunch, stock options, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, 401K w/ 4% match, pet friendly office

    Our client is looking for an Inbound Account Executive. They are based in San Diego, and building out their GTM. They are a global SaaS startup that is going through hyper-growth.

    Opportunity overview:

    • This is an opportunity to join a founding team in the US. They've already done well as a business in other markets so it's a great time to get in early and grow with a stable business

    Role:

    • Follow up on inbound leads and own the sales cycle from beginning to end
    • Reach out to prospects via phone and email to schedule discovery sessions and demos, while ensuring good show rates and consistent follow up
    • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solutions we provide focusing on small and medium sized field service businesses in our core verticals
    • Sell in a team environment, lead online demos with the help of our sales engineers and leadership
    • Make 40+ calls per day, schedule your own appointments by farming our database of users, keep proper notes in the CRM, and attend several meetings per day with clients
