Open because EN is growing a ton and there is too much work on the current AP and AR team - they need someone as a "catch all" to help
This is temp-perm, the company is continuing to grow organically and through acquisition
Also a current upgrade in Del Tek vision is causing more work on the current employees
WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING?
50% AP and 50% AR
You are the "helper" for both the AR and AP team
Process invoices
Set up new clients and vendors in their system
Respond to client / vendor request (please get me a W9)
Cash receipts
Back up for processing expense reports
Back up for any discrepencies in reporting - research
