Accounts Payable Clerk/Bookkeeper \\ 22-25 per hour (Commensurate with experience)_

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
A qualified individual who can work on-site
five days a week.


The AP Specialist
Position's Responsibilities include:


  • Analyzes and processes accounts payable in a timely manner.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly management reports and produce aging Accounts payable reports.
  • Experience using accounting systems (
    QuickBooks).
  • Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices.
  • Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records and reports.
  • Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department.

To become an AP Specialist at Terra Associates Management, WE REQUIRE
-
2 years of full-time Business Administration work experience or relate fields
:

Associates degree in accounting or higher in related fields preferred.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Job Types:

Full-time, Temporary


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Experience level:
