NIRA Inc, a fast-growing women-owned small business and pioneer in blockchain and supply chain technologies, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Analyst to support establishing a process automation factory for a major federal agency, which includes comprehensive process discovery, process automation, discovery, mapping, automation, and integration with the on-going service catalog effort that the team is currently working on.

You will engage with the agency's internal stakeholders, analyzing existing processes, and utilizing the BPMN 2.0 framework for process mapping.

Responsibilities:
Engage with business and IT executives to discover and document current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Document using BPMN 2.0 framework representing the sequence of activities, rules, data and events.
Conduct process discovery of existing processes using process mining tools.

Engage in large discovery sessions with SME's and stakeholder groups to formulate business outcomes, identify customer personas and and develop customer journeys and experiences.

Document and validate to-be process with stakeholders ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and viability.
Lead efforts to identify and integrate automated processes to the service catalog by working with the service catalog team.
Develop knowledge base, documents and training materials of all work performed within the process factory.
Develop successful relationships across senior stakeholders to garner support and accelerate delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis and Enterprise Application development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong experience with BPMN processes, tools and best practices
Strong experience supporting business process analysis and using BPMN framework
Knowledge of IT security principles, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.
Proficiency in, or understanding of, system integration and automation using APIs, scripting languages, or workflow engines.
Deep knowledge of various enterprise level platforms widely used in the industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
5+ years of relevant work experience with federal government to support business architecture.
Highly skilled in creating visual concepts, creating and editing content to communicate ideas.
Exhibit deep knowledge and experience in designing for and implementing IT solutions
Knowledge of IT security principles, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.
Proficiency in, or understanding of, system integration and automation using APIs, scripting languages, or workflow engines.
Deep knowledge of various enterprise level platforms widely used in the industry.
