The TEN Credit Union is seeking a Call Center Representative to serve in our Call Center.
Compensation: $20/hr.
This position will be based out of our Main Office in Nashville, TN.
Office hours are generally Monday - Thursday: 8:00a 5:00p and Friday 8:00a -6:00p. This position will work an average of 40 hours a week but may be asked to work extended hours on occasion.

The ideal candidate will provide superior member service while demonstrating friendliness via telephone and other remote delivery channels with a goal of first-call resolution for all member requests. The ideal candidate will have very strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and have a sincere attitude in order to deliver an exceptional member experience for every member, every time.
Day-to-day job duties include: Assisting members via phone and email, completing transactions, providing information on products and services, performing account maintenance, and assisting in processing applications for consumer loans by phone and email, and in compliance with state and federal guidelines; as well as internal policies/procedures.
