Answer incoming calls in a professional and joyful manner for all company locations
Answer questions regarding appointments, meetings, billing inquiries, project questions, and complaints
Call logging, data entry, scheduling, and sending out reminders
Assist in maintaining building security by ensuring visitors are known and expected prior to allowing them to enter the building
Interact with all customers with a positive and energetic phone presence
