Call Center Representative - Murfreesboro, United States - Randstad USA

Description

Coming in June Call center openings in Murfreesboro, TN. Must have 2+ years of corporate call center experience and the demeanor to provide outstanding customer service to our customers. You'll answer service and billing related calls and do a little upselling, too. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fast and accurate data entry skills are required and assessments will be given prior to interviews.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers in a call center setting
• Multitask, prioritize and manage clerical tasks efficiently
• Post payments, establish service for new customers; make changes to existing service
• Perform fast and accurate data entry
• Previous fast-paced call center experience is required
