    Oscar Wilde is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join their Team.
    • If you have experience in American and Mediterranean cuisine and are passionate about delivering quality food and service, then this opportunity is for you.
    Summary of the Position:
    • The Kitchen Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing production, assisting cooks, and controlling food, labor, and operational costs.
    • Responsibilities include managing all kitchen aspects, demonstrating knife skills, training staff, and ensuring compliance with health and company standards.
    • Ability to fill in on the line during emergencies is crucial, as well as collaborating with the Event Coordinator for smooth event operations.
    Requirements:
    • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • 4-5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, including 2 years in a management role.
    • Proficiency in inventory management, waste control, and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
    • NYC Health Department Certification is mandatory.
    • Fluency in English/Spanish.
