    Description

    LHH is partnering with a high growth client in the corporate services industry to fill an HR Director role The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Recruit, onboard new hires and lead training for employees
    • Manage compliance for the company against applicable laws and regulations
    • Manage benefits for employees
    • Employee relations - organize corporate events and attend networking events

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related or relevant experience
    • Minimum 7 years' experience in Human Resources
    • Strong HRIS background
    • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
    • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
    • Attention to detail
