    Optec Displays, founded in 1985, is a major contributor in the development of LED display technology innovations.     The responsibilities of the Inside Sales Development Representative will be primarily an in office outbound sales development-based role. Each representative will be assigned a specific region and will be provided a predefined market area of focus. Role may also include evaluating and managing incoming inquiries from prospective clients through phone calls and emails. This entails gauging their level of interest and guiding them to the appropriate sales manager for further support. A significant component of this position will be entering, scheduling and tracking leads. Experience working with a CRM is required. Experience with HubSpot is a big plus.

    In addition to the base salary, growth opportunities will be available upon completing training and KPI reviews.

    Responsibilities

    · Researching preliminary contacts with company provided sales tools.

    · Enter contacts into CRM for tracking with pre provided drip campaign strategy.

    · Drip campaign will include phone and email contact.

    · Organize, prioritize, and actively work with new potential customers.

    · Have a sense of urgency in responding to inbound leads from potential customers.

    · Collaborate with Sales management to assist in the development of incoming sales leads.

    · Enter new leads, set follow-up deadlines and track results.

    · Ensure customer satisfaction by qualifying their needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for follow-up.

    Qualifications

    Experience qualifying customers over the phone or through email.

    · Previous experience with inside sales, customer service, or other related fields.

    · Familiarity with CRM platforms - experience with HubSpot is a plus.

    · Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to detail.

    · Strong listening, analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills.

    · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    · Good, reliable computer equipment and internet access.
