    We're seeking an ambitious Business Development/Sales (Recruitment) Consultant with 1-5 years of experience in 360 full-desk recruitment to join our dynamic team in Denver.     Spencer Ogden specializes in energy and infrastructure sales and has earned numerous accolades for its work. As a Sales (Recruitment) Consultant, you'll be empowered to excel in sales and recruitment, setting the pace in all aspects of your role. With a focus on our core sectors, including renewables, infrastructure, environmental, and financial, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing new business while placing candidates within our diverse client base.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Sales Consultant (Recruiter), your role will involve building exceptional client and candidate relationships in a competitive industry. You'll deliver solutions that drive results for our clients and enhance candidates' careers. Our DNA revolves around sourcing highly skilled candidates, and as the go-to consultant, your mission is to provide a quality service through headhunting, interviewing, and delivering excellence. This role is fast paced, offering daily variety and exciting challenges. Additional responsibilities include:
    • Networking and cultivating new business relationships.
    • Developing new client opportunities through cold calling and pitching Spencer Ogden's services
    • Meeting and exceeding targets within weekly, monthly, and quarterly deadlines
    Our Requirements:
    • Preferred bachelor's degree (open to various fields of study)
    • Excellent communication and active listening skills
    • Motivated individuals with a go-getter mentality
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to think outside the box and solve problems.
    • Proactive and able to show initiative.
    • Resilience is key
    • Must have permanent working rights in the USA upon application.
