In this position, you will work in a consulting role on an equal footing with your contacts. You will be part of a team of approximately 200 colleagues from the public sector in Denver.

As a Scrum Master, you will accompany and support clients in their agile transformation - providing advice at the level of individual projects as well as in the implementation of agile transformation for organizational units or an entire organization. It is essential for you to not only have theoretical knowledge of agile methods, but also to select and adapt them appropriately for each situation in order to generate the greatest value for the client. Starting as a Scrum Master is often the beginning of the journey towards agile coaching. Your toolbox is therefore more extensive, and you are not only able to lead agile projects, but also interested in supporting the client in developing an agile mindset and applying agile methods in different situations as a mentor and partner.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for the proper implementation of the Scrum methodology and its successful implementation
  • You coach your team and the client in the application of agile methods, values, and principles
  • In your role, you promote the self-organized working method of the teams and ensure the achievement of common goals
