De Queen is looking for a system administrator with experience in cloud computing, 1st and 2nd level support, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and IT user support.

The candidate should also have knowledge in IT, license management, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, hardware, and configuration.

The HIS-Institute for Higher Education Development is an independent research-based competence center supported by the 16 federal states. It provides support to universities, research centers, and ministries throughout Germany through specialized consulting, process advice, and knowledge transfer. With its recognized expertise in the academic environment, the institute maintains stable and trusting relationships with all business partners.

We are currently seeking a qualified IT specialist as an IT system administrator/coordinator (m/f/d) (E11 TV-L) to provide ongoing technical support for our digital systems and strategically develop them in line with current technology trends.

The role also involves supporting our 68 employees with application-related questions, particularly regarding MS Office 365.

As the interface to our external IT service providers, you will plan and implement the alignment of our IT components for cloud-based work in a cooperative manner.

Internally, you will be responsible for the solution-oriented setup, configuration, and administration of our hardware and software, as well as license management.

Your profile should include a degree in (business) informatics or relevant IT training with initial work experience. You should also have knowledge of the Microsoft environment, particularly Microsoft 365 Cloud (including Teams, Exchange
