What can you expect?

  • You will coordinate customer complaints with the respective departments using the 8D method
  • You will actively monitor and pursue defined continuous improvement topics
  • You will conduct error analyses using the 3x5 Why and Ishikawa methods
  • You will moderate and participate in FMEAs
  • You will create, coordinate, and monitor qualification plans
  • You will plan and define suitable test samples and prototypes to verify defined product properties
