- Track and review certified payroll for both prime labor and subcontractors on projects.
- Evaluate all contracts for labor requirements such as certified payroll, skilled labor, local hire, diversity, and other related criteria. Work closely with project teams and relevant departments to ensure appropriate plans are in place to monitor and report compliance, as well as to ensure proper submissions to agencies.
- Participate in external party and government reviews, audits, and inquiries, collaborating with necessary teams.
- Develop and maintain project files in relation to labor compliance documentation.
- Maintain monthly reporting and communication with all parties involved on projects.
- Ensure timely submission of documentation for monthly reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years experience in this field or payroll experience
- Familiarity with the DIR certified payroll system
- Experience with LCPtracker and LCPcertified
- Must possess a strong working knowledge of computer programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels within the organization.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines effectively.

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Labor Compliance Administrator who is experienced and ready to hit the ground running from day one. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Public Works projects using State and Federal Prevailing Wage requirements, as well as familiarity with State Apprenticeship requirements. They must possess a comprehensive understanding of Construction-specific Department of Industrial Relations and US Department of Labor prevailing wage compliance procedures. If you have excellent analytical skills, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
