Position Summary


The Labor Compliance and Content SME is a professional responsible for acting as an internal Subject Matter expert (SME) for all things Construction Labor Compliance, Prevailing Wage, Davis Bacon, etc.

by partnering cross functionally to help train and educate internal teams to best serve and meet the needs of our industry and clients we serve.

This role will also oversee and manage a variety of special projects, initiatives, and RFPs. This position will operate in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ownership of RFPs in partnership with other stakeholders including sales, product, legal, etc.
  • Strategic leadership and partnership of defining, creating, and delivering presentation material and other related materials.
  • Serve as a presenter/SME presenter for sales, customer success and other groups as needed.
  • Special projects: this position will be assigned special projects that vary in complexity and scope. Special projects will require expert level project management, goal setting, cross functional collaboration as well as direct handson work and execution.
  • Participate in client visits in partnership with sales and customer success.
  • Conduct State / Federal compliance research; establish standards and procedures to ensure company remains on the cutting edge of industry developments.
  • Serve as a Prevailing Wage SME, consulting with the Wage Data teams in a broad range of capacities to include supporting wage estimates, analysis, SOWs, etc.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years in Public Works/Construction Labor Compliance field
  • 5+ years' experience using LCPtracker software
  • Expert in the public works construction industry with expert level knowledge in Prevailing Wage, Davis Bacon, and related acts.
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Office 365 and Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems and tasks at once
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Selfdirected and able to work with little supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Work Environment
This position performs its duties from a professional office setting.

This position operates in a professional office environment and role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and peripheral equipment, phones, mobile devices, photocopiers, filing cabinets etc.


Physical Requirements


While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear, use hands and fingers to type, scroll and use computer equipment.
