    Four Seasons Home Health Care -

    Growing home care agency is seeking a bi-lingual Spanish speaking Staffing Coordinator to work in their Licensed Home Care Service Agency (LHCSA) in Brooklyn. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing and providing clients with appropriate Home Health Aide services in a timely and efficient manner.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide day to day coordination and scheduling of field personnel
    • Supervision and oversight of all branch field paraprofessionals
    • Maintain client schedules efficiently and appropriately
    • Manage client/contract satisfaction with appropriate customer service, communication and follow up
    • Available for on-call when necessary

    Requirements:

    • Responsible for planning, organizing and providing clients with appropriate Home Health Aide services in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Must have 1 year experience in a home care setting
    • Manage Scheduling of HHA's for new and existing Clients
    • Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills a must
    • Responsible for the coordination of daily Home Health Aide assignments and coverage for sick calls/no call/ no shows.
    • Work cooperatively with Directors to maintain compliance with State and Federal Regulation standards.
    • Knowledge of HHA Exchange software and Microsoft office.
    • Comfortable with using technology
    • Performs other duties as assigned
