    Senior Associate of Transaction Advisory

    ONWARD Headhunting is partnering with a client in Dallas, TX in its search for a highly skilled Senior Associate of Transaction Advisory to join their team. This role is integral to the firms ability to provide top-tier transaction advisory services, offering a blend of financial expertise and strategic insight. The Senior Associate will play a critical role in supporting due diligence efforts, financial analysis, and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This position is designed for a finance professional who is adept at navigating complex transactions, providing accurate and insightful analysis, and contributing to the successful execution of client engagements.     Responsibilities:

    Assist in the execution of financial due diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions.

    Perform detailed financial analysis, including quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and financial projections.

    Support the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations that deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to clients.

    Work closely with clients to understand their transaction objectives and provide tailored advice to meet their needs.

    Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to address complex transactional issues.

    Collaborate with senior team members to identify business development opportunities and participate in the pitching process.

    Contribute to the mentoring and training of junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in transaction advisory services.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, with a CPA, CFA, or MBA being advantageous.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, or a similar role within a professional services or corporate environment.

    Demonstrated ability in financial analysis, due diligence, and the preparation of financial reports.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively engaging with clients and team members.

    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

    Proficient in financial modeling and familiar with various financial analysis software tools.

    A proactive and driven professional with a desire to contribute to a teams success.
