Mortgage Loan Officer - Irving, United States - GS Lending LLC

Description

• Collect and analyze financial information, such as credit reports, income documents, and bank statements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and Fair Housing regulations
• Collaborate with underwriters to review loan files and address any outstanding conditions or requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and loan transactions
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in mortgage lending guidelines

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the banking or mortgage industry
• Indepth knowledge of loan origination processes and procedures
• Familiarity with accounting software and systems used in the industry
• Strong understanding of financial services and sales principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Certification or licensing as a Loan Officer (preferred)
