- Advising clients in executing acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and structured investments, as well as providing financial and accounting diligence analysis for clients' transactions;
- Resolving issues in technical accounting areas such as US GAAP and SEC reporting, especially pertaining to business combinations;
- Providing financial due diligence and other transaction related services to large company and private equity fund clients; and,
- Analyzing and validating all financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 60% is required.

Senior Manager, Deals Transaction Services – Financial Due Diligence (Multiple Positions), PwC US Business Advisory LLP, Dallas, TX. Advise clients on crisis avoidance, financial and operational restructuring, and bankruptcy. Help clients achieve strategic growth objectives for their organizations through informed and empowered acquisition, divestiture, and reorganization decisions. Provide financial and accounting diligence analysis for client transactions. Support in developing strategy, identifying issues and points of negotiations for complicated transactions. Analyze clients' target operations to understand historical results. Ensure integrity of financial information, quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and potential risk management issues.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, Economics, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, Economics or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Certification(s) required: U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or foreign equivalent.
