    Who We Want

    The Client Service Manager plays a critical role in providing support and leverage in all manners of client service, daily operations, daily maintenance, and ad hoc projects. Primary responsibilities include preparing materials for client meetings, setting up new accounts, performing timely maintenance on existing accounts. The ideal candidate will posses strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Coordination of projects, training, and on-going development of improved office procedures is also required. The Client Service Manager must be able to exercise quality control when managing multiple projects.

    What To Expect

    • Support advisors and clients with the highest level of service with clear communication.
    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
    • Review and respond to recurring client service needs and deliverables.
    • Effectively collaborates with advisors and stakeholders to accomplish assigned goals and process operational changes.
    • Anticipate and manage work volumes, adhering to established processes and policies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively resolve client issues / escalations.
    • Manage onboarding, transition, termination, and changes/updates for all clients.
    • Maintain an accurate and up to date client database.
    • Takes ownership of asset transfers to ensure seamless and timely delivery.
    • Works closely with advisors and clients to ensure we remain in compliance for annual reviews.
    • Follow best practices to ensure daily operations are carried out accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist in setting and meeting project expectations with stakeholders and management.
    • Handles other tasks and responsibilities which may be assigned.

    What You Need

    • Knowledge of Financial Advisor tools (i.e. MoneyGuide Pro, Orion, Salesforce etc.) preferred.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint
    • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and complete them within established deadlines with an unwavering attention to detail.
    • Natural desire and curiosity to learn.
    • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
    • Manage multiple projects with precision and pride.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong desire for continual personal and professional growth
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field of study preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in the financial or banking industry
    • Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
