    Job Description

    Rahua is an innovative, sustainable prestige beauty brand that is actively seeking a seasoned Head of Brand Marketing. We are looking for a strong leader and strategist to drive 360 strategic marketing initiatives and fostering engagement with our target audience. This role will play a pivotal role in driving marketing campaigns across all channels & partners including PR, influencer, out-of-home and social. This includes managing product marketing including messaging to be used across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty industry and product, a passion for haircare, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and brand awareness through creative and effective marketing campaigns. This marketing lead will be responsible for marketing across a global business: U.S., EU, UK and other regions sold to via distributors. This marketing lead will be managing & owning the budget for marketing and must be able to make strategic decisions based on KPIs and data. They will be managing a team of two full time marketing team members + external partners in PR and influencer relations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing Strategy & Calendar

    • Lead the development of 360-degree marketing campaign strategies for new product launches and existing core heroes in collaboration with social media, influencer, PR, and sales teams for both new product launches and core re-support initiatives.
    • Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving sales and fostering brand growth for Rahua products.
    • Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams to implement launch plans, strategic marketing initiatives, and create marketing assets and content.
    • Work closely with teams to ensure the creation of relevant content to support launches.
    • Manage the marketing calendar and ensure cross-channel alignment across retail and dtc channels.
    • Drive the growth of existing product collections and identify key communication opportunities to enhance brand awareness with maximum impact.
    • Drive and contribute to the content creation process with clear feedback and strategic direction.

    Product Launches / Product Marketing

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and ecomm & digital lead, to maintain consistent messaging and brand coherence.
    • Lead the creation and editing of product concepts, marketing copy, claims, and education materials.
    • Utilize data analysis to guide category strategy, assessing the market potential of new products based on relevant market data.
    • Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison for all new launches, ensuring alignment and clarity of objectives and briefs across teams.
    • Develop and refine brand and product messaging to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints including retail and DTC

    Reporting & Team:

    • Develop and oversee marketing budgets while monitoring ROI metrics, setting goals and reporting metrics for the marketing team
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity, adjusting marketing strategies as necessary to maintain competitiveness.
    • Manage and develop team members, delegating assignments, and supporting career growth.

    Qualifications

    • 7-10 years of experience in beauty or skincare and/or lifestyle brand(s) marketing
    • Proven track record in driving awareness through marketing initiatives
    • Strategic, forward thinking, anticipation of key market trends
    • Strong leader with flexibility and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environmentX
    • Equal parts analytical and creative
    • Team player, highly collaborative
    • Strong and proactive communication skills

    Benefits & In-office Requirements

    • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000 Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
    • This role is hybrid, in-office 3 days a week.
