    Overview:

    Club Monaco is seeking an experienced Head of Brand Marketing. This role will lead the charge in strategizing and executing innovative marketing strategies, including public relations, influencer engagements, collaborations, content creation, and orchestrating omnichannel events to boost our brand's visibility. The focus is on customer acquisition, generating buzz, and enhancing the overall brand presence. This individual will be a key leader on our team, steering brand direction and growth.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with Club Monaco's goals and aesthetic. Employ a strategic approach to design and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
    • Spearhead integrated marketing campaigns utilizing a mix of channels such as print, digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and live events. Craft content marketing strategies that leverage market analysis and consumer insights, aiming for impactful engagement across all platforms.
    • Lead our social media narrative, producing compelling content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Use your expertise to authentically engage with our audience.
    • Develop and implement a brand strategy that repositions Club Monaco to appeal to a (potentially younger) more sophisticated demographic seeking higher-quality, elevated fashion at an accessible price point. This strategy should articulate the brand's journey towards a more premium customer. Partner closely with Merchandising, Design, Creative Services, and DTC teams in shaping and executing this vision.
    • Craft and execute a PR and communication plan that underscores Club Monaco's commitment to quality, sophistication, and exclusivity, ensuring that all messaging reinforces the brand's evolution and resonates with the desired target audience.
    • Direct marketing initiatives for global expansion, collaborating with regional teams to tailor our brand messaging for various markets and capitalize on growth opportunities.
    • Innovate our retail marketing strategies to improve the in-store experience and increase customer traffic, reflecting the brand's values and identity.
    • Manage and mentor a marketing team, fostering an environment that promotes creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.
    • Work closely with product, merchandising, digital and customer acquisition teams to drive traffic and convert leads into loyal customers.
    • Coordinate with the Growth, Customer, and Social Media teams to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated into broader performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and social engagements.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 10+ of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle retail sectors.
    • Demonstrated success in leading marketing campaigns and a strong track record in content creation.
    • Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media and digital.
    • Skilled in international marketing and eager to drive brand growth in new markets.
    • Competence in analyzing marketing data to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to balance creative and strategic demands.
    • Strong leadership qualities, capable of developing high-performing teams.
    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Club Monaco includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This accounts for the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

    A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $180,000-$215,000 per year.
