    THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION WITH NO GUARANTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. WORKING ON A TEMP/SEASONAL CONTRACT WHICH CAN BE RENEWED ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEED.

    NATURE OF WORK:
    Under general direction, supports a division manager or higher level manager by providing highly responsible and varied secretarial and administrative support work. Duties may include budget and fiscal work; contract monitoring; research; coordinating projects to ensure they are complete, accurate, and meet deadlines; personnel transactions; travel, training, and meeting arrangements; prioritizing correspondence, mail, and calls; preparing and/or compiling reports and correspondence for self or manager's signature; records meetings; and handling inquiries within own capacity performing a variety of duties, etc. Works independently in completing several administrative projects/processes.

    Minimum Requirements

    High school or equivalent and four (4) years of progressively more responsible secretarial and administrative work including office management and use of advance computer skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. May be required to pass a background check which includes a polygraph depending on the area of assignment.
    May be required to become a Public Notary.

    Valid Drivers License Required
