Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-time Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to the Leadership Team.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Process referrals, converse with clients, and enter information into a database
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Type and proofread various documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
- Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is a plus
- Familiarity with office management procedures is preferred
-Must be able to work on Saturdays as assigned
- Must be able to pass a level II background check
- Holds a high school diploma

$ $15.00 per hour
Expected hours:
per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
