- Oversee and manage all aspects of family office services, including concierge services, estate planning, financial and investment inquiries, education, and administrative support.
- Serve as a primary contact for family members, building strong relationships and understanding of their unique needs and preferences. Handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners/vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolutions to family inquiries and requests.
- Work with VP in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of family office operations.
- Maintain absolute discretion in handling sensitive company and family information and confidential matters. Uphold the highest level of integrity when dealing with privileged and proprietary data.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other materials for family members and senior management as requested.
- Stay abreast of family office trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.
- Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years in a management client services position in a high-level concierge services environment.
- Minimum of 5 years executive/personal assistant experience supporting executive management.
- Prior experience supporting senior executives in private equity, hedge funds, real estate funds, or other financial companies is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated high integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering personalized solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact proficiently with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Poise, professionalism, and good judgement.
- Team player, positive energy, detail oriented.
- Knowledge of wealth management principles, investment products and financial planning concepts is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge MS Office Suite. Experience with InDesign or other graphic design software is a plus.
