Description
La Petite Baleen Swim School in San Bruno is hiring a Customer Service/Office staff representative. We are looking for someone to work in our front and back office.


Open shifts:

  • Friday 2:00 pm 8:00 pm
  • Sunday 8:15 am 1:15 pm

Some of the Responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers
  • Give new customers a tour of our facility
  • Help customers and potential costumers sign up for a class or gather more information
  • Make outbound phone calls to customers regarding their child and enrolling them in a class or answer any questions they may have
  • Book children into classes
  • Work in our booking software
  • Communicate with customers via live chat
