La Petite Baleen Swim School in Redwood City is hiring a Customer Service/Office staff representative.We are looking for someone to work in our front and back office on:
- Wednesday 1:008:15
- Friday 2:008:15
- Sunday 12 subbing opportunities
Some of the Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers
- Give new customers a tour of our facility
- Help customers and potential customers sign up for a class or gather more information
- Make outbound phone calls to customers regarding their child and enrolling them in a class or answer any questions they may have
- Book children into classes
- Work in our booking software
- Communicate with customers via live chat
