Summary:
This employee's primary job duty is the responsibility for filing all case related documents, including creation and maintenance of client case files.
Duties:
- Stores and maintains case evidence
- Assist and Backup Records Clerk
- Backup to Calendar desk incoming daily mail
- Scans, photocopies, burn CDs, create flash drives as requested by attorneys and staff
- Processes outgoing mail on a daily basis
- Handles incoming/outgoing USPS/UPS/Fed Ex shipments
- Provides assistance with special projects to attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants
- Relieves receptionist or back up reception desk when receptionist is out of office
- Handle overflow calls and input information from possible calls
- Prepares conference rooms for depositions and meetings, including water, coffee and food setups
- Data entry of client information for firm data base
- Assists with errands and deliveries
- Replenishes and stocks office supplies
- Ensures all general office space are clean and stocked (kitchens, copy rooms, conference rooms, elevator lobby, reception, file room)
- Retrieves case files on an as needed basis
- Upload Depos to TrialSmith and The Expert Institute
- Provides project assistance to staff as approved by the Office Services Coordinator and Human Resources
- Must be able and willing to lift, push or pull 40 pounds
Pay:
$52, $57,000.00 per year
