- Coordinate the onboarding process for clients by completing checklists, scheduling calls, submitting internal requests for network connections, and ensuring security and networking approvals.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing support for all testing solutions. Manage inquiries through Jira Help Desk and SNOW for infrastructure requests.
- Monitor email support requests, Jira tickets, and action accordingly within SLA timelines. Engage in internal and external training of software post-onboarding, kickoff calls, and site planning calls.
- Participate in extensive training programs to master product/software functionalities and operations from start to finish.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in hosting services, client onboarding, support, and managing infrastructure requests. Background in software testing and training is essential.
- Networking experience, ideally establishing hosted environments and familiarity with security and networking protocols.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to restore or back up databases and execute queries.
- Good understanding of authentication protocols, such as Okta or IDP.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities and eagerness to learn.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

About the team:
The OTS Global Managed Systems Team offers hosting services for a variety of web-based testing solutions, including capacity tools, repositories, change management software, and terminal integrations. As an System Support Analyst you will be responsible for the onboarding and support of our clients.
Contractual coverage is from 8:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM PST
