Role Description:


Are you ready to be part of something bigger? DP3 is on the lookout for a full-time Help Desk Support Analyst to join our ever-expanding team in the vibrant city of Chicago, IL.

As a key player in our growing family, you'll dive headfirst into the world of technical support, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.

As a Help Desk Support Analyst you will provide unparalleled support, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and collaborate closely with our team of experts to ensure our clients' needs are not just met, but exceeded.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a help desk support role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft 36
  • Strong technical support and help desk skills
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Stellar customer service and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent experience
  • Bonus points for relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+

Salary & Benefits:


  • Starting salary: $27 per hour
  • 10 days of Paid Time Off
