    Description

    Our staffing agency represents a privately-held HCM SaaS company that has been operating profitably for 30 years and has an enthusiastic customer base of more than 2,000 SMB and mid-market companies.

    This 20-employee firm, which has earned the business of many actors, athletes, and others in the entertainment industry, is seeking Account Executives to sell $5k to $50k+ ACV software and services deals to SMB and mid-sized companies in Southern California and nationwide. We prefer to hire someone who can work a few days each week from our Playa Vista headquarters, but for a highly experienced HCM seller, we will consider a work-from-home scenario.

    Role

    Individual contributor role, working hybrid from our Playa Vista headquarters, or potentially, from your home office elsewhere in the SoCal region.

    $70k to $100k+ base, commensurate with previous revenue performance and years of HCM experience.

    Annual quotas range from $200k to $500k, depending on base salary and OTE.

    100% of the team hit their quota in 2023 and top performers will clear $200k.

    At least 2 years of experience selling an HCM, payroll, or HR Tech solution is required. We'd love to bring on a heavy hitter with 5 or more years of HCM experience.

    This is a robust offering; you will upsell and cross-sell SaaS modules like talent acquisition, learning management, performance management, and benefits administration.

    Lots of autonomy; our top salespeople approach their territory like running their own business.

    Relationship sellers thrive here; you will bring (or develop) lead sources such as CPA firms, brokers, financial advisors, and regional banks.

    You are relatable to your target audience – you're not trying to "sell them something" at every turn.

    As an Outside Sales Executive, you will receive comprehensive training, valuable field experience, and outstanding earnings potential. You will be the main driver of new business for - primarily focused on the greater Los Angeles area.     Responsibilities:

    · Create and manage an active pipeline of prospects

    · Regularly network and build referral relationships with local business professionals

    · Execute sales activities such as profiling, prospecting, calls, meetings, and CRM tasks

    · Conduct demos and create proposals

    · Close new business, meet or exceed sales goals and quotas, and effectively hand off client to implementation team

    · Be an expert in all our products and service offerings

    Essential Qualifications:

    · You are someone who has a desire for a high commission-driven income

    · You can own the role with an entrepreneurial drive and don't need a lot of hand-holding

    · You possess an attitude focused on lead generation, networking, and prospecting for new clients. You have a strong hunter mentality

    · You can relate to and interact effectively with business owners and their staff.

    · You have well-developed interpersonal skills, including listening, written, verbal, and presentation (verbal and written) skills.

    · You are a highly organized individual with good time management skills, and a willingness to persevere

    · You have a college degree or equivalent work experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · You have 1-2 years prior sales success at a payroll service, HR management, or related company

    · You have 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience with a prior employer

    · Six figure earning potential with base salary plus commission
