If so, Auto Driveaway Truck Transport is seeking a strategic, energetic, and customer-focused team member to join the organization as an Account Manager supporting inside sales. In this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for expanding the client portfolio across a diverse range of industries, responding to quote requests, assisting with customer inquiries, building relationships with existing accounts, and delivering the highest level of customer service. This position with one of the largest professional driveaway companies in the United States is ideal for a candidate that is organized, passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and motivated to grow the business.

    Auto Driveaway Truck Transport is a leading national provider of professional truck relocation services, serving large corporate truck dealers and OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway service nationwide. Services include transporting via single, boom or deck/piggyback method from coast to coast. We accomplish this with a personalized customer experience, an unwavering commitment to safety, and national network of professional drivers - helping to ensure quality, accountability, and reliability on every trip.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, managing inbound phone calls and emails
    • Assist with prospecting for new customers to build a successful sales pipeline
    • Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customers through accurate, proactive, and engaged communication
    • Provide prompt and accurate quotes for transportation requests, including but not limited to managing assigned bid boards, responding with competitive bids to capitalize on the opportunities presented
    • Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities to gain additional market share and become the carrier of choice
    • Ensure orders and transportation requests are entered accurately and maintain timely communication with customers on order status
    • Handle customer escalations as needed, in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution and communication
    • Keep records of customer and prospect interactions, and accurately utilize a CRM tool for pipeline and opportunity management
    • Maintain regular engagement with internal stakeholders to ensure Auto Driveaway is meeting customer needs and expectations
    • Keep up to date on industry trends and competitive intelligence
    • Grow Auto Driveaway's reputation as the driveaway company of choice across the United States
    Qualifications and Education Requirements
    • College degree required
    • 3+ years of sales and customer relationship management experience, including a track record of growth and success in new business generation
    • Strong background in transportation, logistics or related fields preferred
    • Proven customer service/customer support experience
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Track record of achieving sales goals and driving customer retention
    • High energy, enthusiasm and drive for achieving results
    • Passionate about safety and customer experience
    • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
    • Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment, recognizing a sense of urgency and self-motivation
