    The Accounting Program Manager is a key member of our QTS business operations team with a focus on Accounting and Financial related activities.

    As the Accounting Program Manager, you'll work closely with the Accounting and Finance teams, leadership, and the technology teams to understand day to day operations as well as the direction in which the company and business functions are moving in order to identify and lead transformative projects and initiatives.

    You can clearly articulate, communicate and outline best practice, identify gaps and areas of improvement through use of roadmaps, timelines, and analytics.

    You can quickly and efficiently pivot from project to project, communicate effectively and transparently with leadership, make educated decisions quickly and be able to outline the 'why' behind those decisions.

    You understand industry best practices and can understand the business's needs from a holistic view and create projects that can be executed and implemented in accordance with the vision and strategy of QTS.

    Responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

    Lead, identify, implement and drive digitization initiatives from a holistic view in conjunction with leadership and cross functional areasIdentify gaps in current business processes, team structure and technology stacks in accordance with industry best practiceCreate roadmaps of process improvement, digitization initiatives and projectsResponsible for the functional areas backlog and management of prioritization; communicate with leadership regularly on prioritization and statusLead change management for projects, business process updates and initiativesManagement of data and data integrityManagement and creation of documentation, business process flows, definitions and associated trainings; partner with training department to publishIdentify gaps in reporting and data analytics for KPIs, SLAs, team and executive reportingUnderstand and execute changes in accordance with Audit controls and processes

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quicklyResults Oriented - Personal and team goal focused individual, can be counted on during busy or tough stretches.

    Self-starter who monitors and communicates performance against goals, project timelines and initiative

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS10+ years of experience in accounting with focus on AccountingBachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, technology related field or equivalent professional experienceStrong technical knowledge of ERP systems, tool stacks and associated systemsExperience managing cross functional projects and initiatives from start to finishUS Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts

    Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization especially executive leadershipExcellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes, project updates, backlog status reports, change management documentation, standard operating procedures and meeting notesStrong analytical capabilities coupled with business acumen needed to proactively solve problems facing the organization

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS15+ years' experience in Accounting with experience specific to the Data Center industry and/or real estate spacee-Builder or Procore ExperienceWorkday, Oracle or SAP experienceConsulting Firm experienceExperience working in real estate, construction or development industries


    In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired remotely.

    The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.

    The estimated pay range for this role is:

    $123, $291,394.18
