Position Overview:

Join our team at Integrated Health Systems as an Account Manager, where you will have a crucial role in driving business growth and nurturing strong client relationships. Your main tasks will involve managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to expand our solutions within their organizations. This position demands strategic thinking, top-notch communication skills, and a profound understanding of the IHS technology stack and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
Comprehend client goals and objectives and align them with IHS solutions to generate value.
Collaborate with internal teams (service delivery, sales, marketing, product) to offer outstanding client service and support.
Spot opportunities for account growth and suggesting additional products or services.
Monitor account health, track performance metrics, and provide routine updates to management.
Organize and conduct regular client business reviews and IT planning sessions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or customer success within the senior care or managed services industry.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Openness to occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.
