Accountable for a group of patients for a designated time frame. Provides care within an assigned unit, and coordinates care planning with other disciplines.Serves as a nursing resource to the facility with the ability to provide care in a variety of inpatient areas/units.
As a member of our clinical care team, you will have the opportunity to work with your Nurse Manager to identify career development opportunities including (but not limited to), championing quality initiatives, #participating in committees, and training to charge and/or precept.
Required Education/Training:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility to work in the state of Missouri; BLS; ACLS (upon hire or completion of departmental orientation)
Preferred Education/Training:
BSN
Preferred Experience:
Telemetry experience; CC/ED, Float, ICU, or other high-acuity experience Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Medical/Surgical (RN,C); Gerontology (RN,BC); Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN); Medical Surgical (CMSRN); Critical Care (CCRN)
