    As a Advisory Strategy & Practice Management Director you will partner with EPW senior advisory leadership team in the development and execution of advisor and manager business practices to exceed advisory client experience and revenue goals. This role will partner with other practice managers, for Asset Gathering, Asset Retention, and Financial Planning to drive identified strategies, to ultimately improve effectiveness, create efficiencies, and drive sales and retention. This role will oversee project management, of all major projects relative to EPW Advisory, and will manage the overall deployment of products, services, and training.

    What you will do

    • Work with Advisory leadership to record, disseminate, and execute advisory strategy and multi-year distribution transformation.
    • Act as the voice of our advisors & clients.
    • Support a transformation priority plan, with detailed requirements for distribution & operating more effectively and efficiently. Partner with key resources to get the work executed acting as a SME and managing the priorities of advisory.
    • Design consistent advisor and management business practices, client practices, act as a subject matter expert and be accountable for driving consistent strategy execution and adoption throughout Advisory..
    • Build a practice centric planning process so the organization can be a practice plan led group.
    • Support monthly practice reviews across advisory with measurable goals that cascade throughout the functions.
    • To accomplish these goals incumbent interpret and influence associates and leaders across the organization, ensuring that appropriate resources and stakeholders are engaged and aware of the goals and objectives driving the sales organization.

    What will set you apart

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
    • 5+ years in financial services, highly analytical roles a plus.
    • An interest & desire to develop leadership skills preferred

    Base Salary Range

    $109, $158,950.00

    The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
