As a member of our global People Management team, you will be part of a fast-paced, data-driven HR Management team.

We are rapidly expanding and working closely with the business to ensure that we attract and retain the best people to stay at the forefront of modern mobility.


As a Senior Human Resources Manager (M/F/d), you will be responsible for defined teams and act as their central point of contact, coach, and business partner.

You will also serve as a project manager and value-adding service provider with extensive knowledge of labor law.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with leaders and employees to implement key people processes such as performance management, compensation, benefits, and training programs
  • Consulting with leaders and providing guidance on team development, planning, and compensation
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of legal requirements related to employee management and ensuring compliance
  • Staying knowledgeable about our business.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international, high-growth organization
  • A degree in Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics, or a related field of study
  • Fluency in German and English, with knowledge of other European languages being a plus
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law
  • The ability to build effective relationships at all
