    Our client is looking for a Human Resources Office Manager to join their team. This key position within the organization reports directly and works side by side with the Operations Manager. This is a full-time, dual office role, resposnible for managing the staffing process, as well as coordinating a diverse set of support tasks to ensure the company operates smoothly and efficiently. Previous HR and Office Management experience is a must to be successful in this position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement company culture, values, and policies.
    • Manage full recruiting cycle - job descriptions, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding exiting employees.
    • Manage 4 direct reports in sales support and administrative assistant roles.
    • Maintain HR systems and processes for all employees.
    • Manage employee relations issues and conflicts, and bring them to resolution.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with office-related vendors and builiding facilities.
    • Plan, coordinate, and communicate company events.
    • Maintain company organization charts, as well as all other employee-related information.
    • Coordinate and contact for outside business events/trade shows.
    • Work on special projects, as requested.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • 5+ years of HR and Office Management experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead people and build effective teams in the workplace.
    • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
    • Strong work ethic, with emphasis on attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
