We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the stone countertop industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the San Diego market. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Utilize existing industry contacts and networks to identify and acquire new clients in the San Diego market.
Build and maintain strong relationships in the commercial and multifamily arena.
Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
Manage sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads to drive conversions and meet sales goals.
Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our stone countertop products, including materials, finishes, and customization options.
Provide consultative guidance to clients, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
Quoting and Proposal Development:
Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and budget constraints.
Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable contracts while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the San Diego market.
Analyze competitor pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the stone countertop industry.
Existing book of business and strong relationships within the San Diego market.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to sales.
Knowledge of stone countertop materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
