    Sales Team - Account Executive for Life Sciences & Consumer Division


    SyBridge Technologies is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have a background in business development and sales within the manufacturing industry, specifically in the injection molding and mold tooling sector with established connections in the life sciences and consumer markets.

    Job Description:
    In this role, you will focus on acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships to drive sales growth. Collaboration with various teams is key to acquainting customers with SyBridge's capabilities. The ideal candidate must excel in technical sales, handle a fast-paced environment, and be willing to travel frequently for client interactions.


    • Build long-term partnerships for sustained value
    • Acquire new customers and boost revenue
    • Enhance existing customer relationships and increase sales
    • Develop a client acquisition strategy
    • Provide accurate sales forecasting
    • Navigate complex contracts
    • Paint a clear picture of SyBridge's vision to prospective clients
    • Establish and refine enterprise-level customer acquisition processes
    • Qualifications:

    • 15+ years of customer-centric experience
    • 10+ years in manufacturing
    • Strong industry connections
    • Proven track record in customer relationship management
    • Commercial innovation experience
    • Ability to adapt quickly
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams
    • Revenue achievement in technical sales
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • CRM system experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
