    Accounting Manager – Process Improvement and

    Optimization Job Description:


    We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team and focus on creating, enhancing, and optimizing Accounting processes.

    The ideal candidate is a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager with a proven track record in process improvement and optimization.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness within our accounting department while ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.


    Responsibilities:


    Conduct a comprehensive review of existing accounting controls, processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and devise a strategy to enhance accuracy, speed, and reliability.


    Work with Accounting leadership to develop and implement new internal controls, accounting procedures and workflows to streamline operations and eliminate bottlenecks.

    Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of process improvements, ensuring proper training and adoption.

    Evaluate and recommend accounting software and tools that align with the company's goals for automation and process optimization.


    Stay up to date with accounting regulations and ensure that all financial operations remain in compliance with relevant industry standards and legal requirements.

    Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day responsibilities.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the accounting department.

    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of process improvements on departmental efficiency and accuracy.

    Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on progress and achievements in process optimization.


    Continuously evaluate and recommend accounting software and tools that align with the Enterprise goals for automation and process optimization, collaborating with IT and other relevant stakeholders to integrate and customize software solutions.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CPA designation is a plus).


    At least 5 – 8 years of experience in accounting, with a demonstrated track record in process improvement and optimization.

    Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proven track record of providing mentorship and guidance to high-performing teams.
